No, schools are welcomed to send as many teams as they would like.

2. Do I need to attend the workshop in order to sign up for the hackathon?

You do not need to attend the workshop in order to sign up for the hackathon. However, we would strongly encourage you to go through the workshop as it will cover key cybersecurity concepts and allows you to practise building a Minecraft world with your peers.
